To procrastinate or not to procrastinate?
Check out this site and see what kind of world leader you would be. I got Mother Teresa :). Anybody else? http://similarminds.com/othertests.html

Alright everyone. Here's how it works.
Once I send out e-vites to everyone, you can create your own username and password for this site. Once you post your first message, I (or someone else) can make you an administrator, which also allows you to change the template (if you don't like the color/format), change the title (which it badly needs), add links (possibly to a photo site?!) and a few other things.
This format isn't perfect. You can't upload pictures onto it, for one thing, and it's NOT A PASSWORD PROTECTED SITE. That means that while only we can post, anyone who knows the address can read the posts. So, either refrain from bookmarking the site on your organization's computers or consider watching what you write about your organizations... which I'm sure will be perfect, anyway :)
On the positive side, it's so bloody easy to use even I could figure it out (it only took me an hour to get from set-up to this stage) and very easy to access, with the added benefits of being free (!) and undemanding of other commitments (such as having to get yahoo mail accounts in order to use yahoo newsgroups).
For now, I'm suggesting use of this site be limited to third year IDS students, lest it spread around and (heaven forfend) become well-known, though I'm sure we can discuss this. It may be that we wind up with a huge collection of stories that we actually want copied out for everyone, which would be a pretty cool souvenir, no?
Enough from me. Check it out and let me know what you think, along with any questions. Be honest, as this is easy to delete and it's not like I took a week to set it up. If people are supportive, I'll mail out invitations and everyone can join up!
Later!

Ah ha! I've successfully granted my alter ego administrative powers! This can work! Have you ever noticed how "successfully" has three sets of double letters?
